Local, farm-fresh ingredients will present a twist on traditional Mother’s Day brunch if you’re able to celebrate waterside at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey. The newly opened Cast & Plow Restaurant will present its first Mother’s Day Brunch on May 11th with Award-winning Executive Chef Umit Kaygusuz. It is the perfect destination to enjoy with mom while dining in style!
Highlights include the steak benedict with spinach and sauce choron, cider-roasted barbecue salmon accompanied with corn succotash, and a fresh frisée salad adorned with California mushrooms and topped with champagne vinaigrette. Also, there is a children buffet featuring fun faves such as crustless pb&j and mac ‘n cheese of course.
Reservations at Cast & Plow are strongly suggested for the Mother’s Day Brunch. Prices are $125 per person and $55 for the children’s buffet (for diners 12 years of age and younger).
