Fargo Hospitality Group, LLC today announced that Kyle Olson has been appointed the new general manager of the new Hampton Inn & Suites hotel and Charline King as the Director of Sales. The 90-room hotel is located at 4776 Agassiz Crossing S. Fargo, ND. It is expected to open in September 2011.
As general manager, Olson will direct all areas of the hotel’s operations, including guest services and hotel administration. King will direct the sales and marketing efforts for the facility.
"Based on Olson’s outstanding record in hotel management, we are confident that he will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the Hampton Inn & Suites," said Aaron Johnson, Regional Operations Manager.
Prior to joining the Hampton Inn & Suites, Olson was the General Manager of the current Hampton Inn of Fargo, and prior to that, General Manager of the Comfort Inn at Gulches of Fun and Casino in Deadwood, SD. Olson is a graduate of Black Hills State University with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
King formerly served as the Corporate Travel Coordinator for Essentia Health in Fargo, ND and Duluth, MN. King is a graduate of Minnesota State University-Moorhead with a degree in Mass Communications and serves on the American Heart Association Heart Ball Committee.
The 4-story hotel is near such area attractions as The Red River Zoo, West Acres Mall, Scheels, golf, shopping centers, and over 30 restaurants.
