FAQ: How can I be perfectly safe?

There are a lot of questions on self defense.  However, any time there is a suggestion, a tip, a hint, or a method ... anything to do with self defense, there is always one question.

"Yes, but what if .... ?"

Here's the answer to all of your "What if" questions.

There is no answer.

There is no system that addresses every question.  Even Krav Maga, the self defense system of the Israel Defense Force, isn't perfect.  It can address groundfighting, knife attacks, sword attacks, and threats from handguns, shotguns, longguns, rifles, uzis, and even grenade launchers, all of them defended from 360-angles of attack, but it cannot address every possible scenario.

As Dariel Williams, of Protection Fitness Self-Defense, has noted, all that any good self defense system can do is give you the tools and the ability to face any conceivable threat, but it can only teach you the basics.

In short: there is no panacea, no cure all, and no quick fix. Not every solution will be perfect.

However, giving you some tools you can hopefully use to keep yourself safe?  That's do-able.

Be safe.
