I so enjoyed many of the great Washington Wines poured at a lunch at Absinthe last week. One of my favorites was the Treveri sparkling rosé. Washington State makes very few bubbly wines and this one was divine and well priced at $17.99. Unfortunately it is not on our market yet! There will be another opportunity to taste more great Washington wines at the auction held at Chateau Ste. Michelle this August.
