The British daily weekday show "The One Show" is showing a series of features this week called "The Beatles and Me" which tells the stories of people who met or were affected by the Beatles.
Among the segments included will be the stories of Lizzie Bravo and Gayleen Pease, who sang backing vocals on "Across the Universe"; Melanie Coe, who inspired Paul to write "She's Leaving Home"; and the policemen who were called to the Apple rooftop when the Beatles were playing there. (In that film, you'll see Richard Porter of www.beatlesinlondon.com interviewed.)
The films will be shown beginning Nov. 22. "The One Show" starts at 7 p.m. UK time each day on BBC One.
