Fans of the Beatles and British sitcoms seem to go together, author says

Gary Berman, author of "We're Going to See The Beatles!: An Oral History of Beatlemania as Told by the Fans Who Were There," and the new book "Best of the Britcoms: Revised Edition From Fawlty Towers to the Office", says it's not too surprising that fans of the Beatles also like British TV sitcoms like "Fawlty Towers," "Coupling" and the original UK version of "The Office."

"Many Beatles fans tend to be Anglophiles (like me), and so we tend to enjoy other forms of British entertainment, including Britcoms! I became a Beatles fan when I was only about 4 years old (so my family tells me). I stumbled upon 'Monty Python's Flying Circus' when I was about 14, and soon after that, Britcoms began to appear more often on PBS stations across the country."
