Ellen DeGeneres celebrated her birthday over the weekend and was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from her fans. Now that the workweek has started, DeGeneres tweeted on Jan. 28 that she has her house back in order after the festivities – except for getting Jimmy Kimmel out of her bathtub.
Fortunately for Ellen, her fans had some great ideas for washing that man right of her tub and sending him on his way. Someone suggested telling Kimmel that Matt Damon was going to cohost his show again – and that he was bringing George Clooney along with him.
Another fan urged DeGeneres not to call Thing 1 and Thing 2. The creatures did way more harm than good when they were brought in to help clean up the mess in Dr. Seuss’s “The Cat in the Hat.”
The most recommended method for getting Jimmy Kimmel out of Ellen DeGeneres’s tub was lots of elbow grease. A good helping of Scrubbing Bubbles was also suggested.
