Since reporting on Randy and Evi Quiad's targeting based on their Vancouver press conference, Examiner's national news human rights reporter, Deborah Dupré has continued receiving messages from other Targeted Individuals (TIs) to relay to the couple. Blessings, well wishes, encouragement and solidarity are expressed via Examiner.com to the overnight international TI heroes. Friday, noted inventor James Walbert who is experiencing similar treatment as the Quaids kept under surveillance, sent the message below to the Quaids via Examiner.
Although the basic formula to neutralize a target in Cointelpro signature style is the same in both cases, Walbert's case possibly differs to the Quaids in one respect. Technology that is empowering criminals to "get into every part of our lives," as Randy and Evi explained Thursday on Good Morning America, includes in Walbert's case an ultimate electronic harassment device. Walbert has been covertly implanted with five chips without his knowledge or consent - all in his brain.
Sounds far-fetched? Unlikely to be impacting many people? Not according to Walbert's nationally recognized private investigator, Bill Taylor. Could even the Quaids be chipped? After investigating 300-400 Targeted Individuals' cases. in an exclusive interview, Taylor told the writer that targets in 10% of those cases had definitely been covertly chipped, possibly all of them.
Could the Quaids be chipped? In today's upside down world where sinister criminal cabals covertly control "every aspect of our lives," deciding who lives and who dies, instead of the sky being the limit, hell is the limit on earth. What makes Walbert subject of interest to New World Orrder criminals and places him in similar situation as the Quaids'? One of Walbert's inventions could effect the medical field and thus humanity, cutting down on virols and inoculants of the human body. This potentially life-saving invention could interfere with the U.S. army- backed Rothschild's plan for humanity that includes evil such as depopulation through introduced famine and disease.
Another of Walbert's inventions could detect terrorists that use various types of gases, measuring parts per million in the air - handy for individuals who want to stop terrorism - such as in airports. Maybe it could even be applied in induced toxic environmental situations, such as the Gulf of Mexico region that has been gassed and is causing death and dying from residents and workers having been poisoned.
Walbert knows the extreme technological tactics used by what some call terrorist cells operating in the U.S. - from 24-7 surveillance, in his case at times by what his PI says is a military surveillance truck decked with obvious ham radio equipment -- to technologically remote controlled nervous system stimulations and neural disruptions that make him to keep shaking, a new, hidden, unspoken, unseen form of torture
On December 30th, Court decided in Walbert’s favor, issuing a first-of-its-kind order of protection. Since then, police have failed to protect him. Walbert, therefore, soon takes his case to federal court and he wants the Quaids to know about it.
Walbert's emailed message to the Quaids via Examiner is below as he requested.
"This is James Walbert.
I am an inventor in the city of Wichita, Kansas. I have become a victim of a very hanis crime since the creation of this invention. I have since then been able to prove to the court's of Wichita, Kansas that this crime is occurring. They have granted the first of its kind protection order.

Since the protection order was implemented, it has been violated and local police have done nothing about it. So, I filed a case in the federal courts against the Wichita Police Department: Case Numbers 10-1234-EFM-GLR. All docs to this case are now public.
The police department are wanting to settle out of court to keep this case covered up. Please help in our efforts to expose one of the most terrible crimes in this country by covering this story.

Just found out about one more similarity to my case, All though my main tortures are danish citizens (special forces), They did have a lot foreign assistance, at one time they had a help from what i suspect are U.S. personnel, their main interest was in some Inventions i have made (a new type of microphone), as well as in my knowledge in Tesla technology (just a subject i have followed on the web for some years).
If i make it through the time when the truth finally gets out big time worldwide.
I am sure that the European Parliament might be interested in the fact that they snatch inventions.

Its no wonder that the ongoing attack against the free flow of information on the "Internet" is so prevalent. Governments are whining about "classified" information leaks, but the truth of the matter is that this is not about national security; its about exposure of national treason and conspiracy against its own citizens! "They" have been exposed and they hate it! Its apparent that any invention or device that gives the people power is suppressed by the Oligarchy as quickly as possible and the media ignores their dirty work... I used to not believe in god or a hell, but now I hope there is a god and a hell... Why? Because I have come to the realization that there will be no justice in this life.
