The 9th Annual Veggie Fest takes place on August 9th & 10th, 2014, and located at 4 S. 175 Naperville-Wheaton road, Naperville, IL. This special event provides free admission and free parking (Metra riders , kids over the weekend are free), both Saturday and Sunday festivals hours are 11:00am - 8:00pm.

This is one of the largest vegetarian festivals in North America, they are expecting another 25,000 people like last year. The Veggie Fest has many sponsors and thankful to over 500 volunteers each year to keep this special event continuing. There are tons of fun activities planned for families including: art show, kids parade, variety of vendors, live music, crafting, games for kids, face painting, food demonstrations, and speakers on special subjects (organic gardening, nutrition, youthful tips, heart health, and cancer prevention). Featuring the world famous International Food Court with healthy snacks available and continuous festival fun throughout the day for the whole family.

This festival encourages us to stay healthy by eating well. Some experts will also teach relaxation techniques, in hopes to help us live a more stress-free life (inviting families to visit the meditation tent).
