A couple with four children were found safe Tuesday Dec. 10, 2013 after they went missing Sunday Dec. 8, 2013 outdoors in extremely cold freezing temperatures. The family took their 2 children along with a niece and nephew to visit the Steven Troughs area in Nevada and never returned. They were last seen in a silver Jeep. Temperatures were slipping dangerously into 16 degrees during the search operation that was launched Sunday night.
The family found safe consist of 34-year-old James Glanton, his 25-year-old girlfriend, Christina McIntee, and the four children: a ten-year-old, two four-year-olds and a three-year-old. The authorities of Pershing Country Sheriff's Office reported the family was being transferred to Pershing General Hospital, but were all in good condition.
No other information is being released at this time but Pershing County Dispatch Supervisor Sheila Reitz reported to Fox News they would have more to say "in a couple hours".
