Family announces who will participate in Michael Jackson's memorial (list); Liz Taylor NOT attending

Tomorrow is certain to be yet another sad day as family, friends, and fans worldwide will say goodbye to the great Michael Jackson. The Jackson family has released a list of the people who will take part in the service. The list is as follows:

Ron Boyd (family friend), Kobe Bryant, Mariah Carey, Andrae Crouch Choir, Berry Gordy, Jennifer Hudson, Shaheen Jafargholi (finalist on Britain's Got Talent), Magic Johnson, Martin Luther King III, Bernice A. King, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Smokey Robinson, Rev. Al Sharpton, Brooke Shields, Pastor Lucious Smith (family friend), Usher and Stevie Wonder.

Elizabeth Taylor who like many others is devastated by the sudden passing of the King of Pop will not be attending the service. She updated her Twitter account today and this is what she had to say:

"I've been asked to speak at the Staples Center. I cannot be part of the public whoopla. And I cannot guarantee that I would be coherent to say a word. I just don't believe that Michael would want me to share my grief with millions of others. How I feel is between us. Not a public event. I said I wouldn't go to the Staples Center and I certainly don't want to become a part of it. I love him too much."

Dame Elizabeth also writes she's "not on suicide watch."
