Are you ready to see what's coming up next for the 2nd Mass in "Falling Skies" season 4? Fortunately, you don't have to wait too long because TNT released the first five minutes of the premiere, "Ghost in the Machine," on Sunday, June 8.
In the season premiere, just steps away from the safety they've come to know in Charleston, the Mason family and what's left of the 2nd Mass suddenly find themselves under brutal attack by a new Espheni war machine and a new deadly creation unlike anything they have encountered before. The survivors are divided and have to forge new relationships and abilities in order to stay alive.
The "Ghost in the Machine" sneak peek offers a look at the 2nd Mass back on the road, as we were teased they would be at the end of last season. There's just enough time for some light-hearted moments – like Ben picking up Matt, Anne teasing Tom, Lexi and Lourdes running around together and Weaver messing with Pope – and awkwardness between Hal and Maggie after what happened with Karen as they make it to the top of the hill and see home, sweet home. They're back in Charleston.
Then all hell breaks loose when Lexi says, "We don't all have to die here." The attack begins, but this isn't like anything they've seen before. Grids go up and mega mechs attack. The 2nd Mass begins fighting back and running, but they're gridded in and separated, and all anyone can do is try to run and do as much damage as they can – but not everyone is going to make it out of this alive.
"Falling Skies" season 4 premieres June 22 at 10 p.m. on TNT. What do you think of these first five minutes of "Ghost in the Machine"?
