VH1's Super Bowl Blitz concert series kicked off on January 27, with the tagline "6 nights. 6 shows." Alternative rock band and People's Choice Award winner Fall Out Boy headlined the show on January 29 in Brooklyn, New York at the Brooklyn Bowl. Fresh off of performing the halftime show at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii this past weekend, the band pleased their fans who showed up to the taping with an impressive setlist, including songs from their albums From Under The Cork Tree, Infinity on High, Folie à Deux, and Save Rock and Roll. During the crowd favorite "Sugar, We're Goin Down," the band was joined onstage by Paramore's Hayley Williams who will be touring with them over the summer. The Super Bowl Blitz concert series will be aired on VH1 and VH1's website at 11/10c every night until Super Bowl Sunday. The lineup for the series can be viewed below:

  • Wednesday, January 29 - Fall Out Boy (live from Brooklyn, New York)
  • Thursday, January 30 - TLC (live from Manhattan, New York)
  • Friday, January 31 - Goo Goo Dolls (live from Staten Island, New York)
  • Saturday, February 1 - Gavin DeGraw (live from Montclair, New Jersey)

Catch Fall Out Boy on the Monumentour this summer, along with Paramore and special guest New Politics. The tour makes a stop in Phoenix on August 8 at Ak-Chin Pavilion, with tickets ranging from $18 to $74. All tickets for the concert can be purchased here or through Ak-Chin's box office.
