Fall-like weather expected

After a five star Monday across the area with highs in the lower 80s, we are going to cool down even more. A cut-off low pressure system continues to spin across the great lakes and will continue to bring gusty winds, cool temperatures, and even a chance for a few showers over the next couple of days.

Tuesday looks to bring a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the mid 70s. It’s not looking like a bad day, however we may catch a spotty shower as we progress through the day. Wednesday will bring a better chance for shower activity, however. Scattered showers should develop with daytime heating with highs only in the low 70s! This is amazing cool weather for this time of the year! At this time, it appears that Thursday through Independence Day, will bring a warming trend with abundant sunshine!
