Class is back in session as Executive Chef Luca Corazzina teaches “Scoula 312” at 312 Chicago on the first or second Saturday of every month, August through December.

Take the opportunity to learn authentic Italian recipes from Chef Luca, a Padova native, who grew up learning to cook by his mother’s side. A variety of techniques and recipes will be taught, including:

  • · The Art of Grilling – August 9th at 12pm
  • · The Art of Fish – September 6th at 12pm
  • · The Art of Risotto – October 11th at 12pm
  • · The Art of Meat – November 8th at 12pm
  • · The Art of Holiday Recipes – December 6 at 12pm

Classes are $45/person and include recipe cards, a bottle of 312 Aged Balsamic and light bites.

You're in expert hands with native Italian, Chef Luca Corazzina. A native of Padova, Corazzina's mother was a professional chef and the tortelloni doesn't fall far from the boiling water - mama passed on her expertise in Northern Italian cuisine to her son. As a boy he would help out in the kitchen, prepping or washing dishes. Corazzina's family emigrated from Italy to Chicago in 1986 and then realized the dream of opening a restaurant in the Little Italy neighborhood two years later.
