It is time for fall home décor. This fall is about utilizing different textures and materials. It is also an expression of bold color by combining earthy brown and classic gray and white tones with bright and vibrant colors. If you are ready to transform your home, here are three shops on Midway road with some great bargains and fabulous fabrics.
Fabric Yard Dallas is a huge warehouse with wall-to-wall fabric. Luckily, the store has an easy to follow map of all the fabric sections. Some of the selections include Chenille, Velvet, Faux Leather, plus much more. They carry trims and tassels to adorn their already lovely fabrics. For discount shoppers, look for the 30% off green dot specials. Also there is a little bin at the back of the store with trim remnants discounted at 50% off. Another huge store worth a visit is Childress Fabrics. They have a beautiful showroom with fabrics categorized by color. Like Fabric by the Yard, they have many types of fabrics. This is one place you can easily spend hours browsing their wide selection. They also have many rows of trims – beaded, feathers, braided, plus much more. They also have discounted fabric remnants. Childress is located at 15201 Midway Road, Addison, TX 75001.
Cutting Corners is not nearly as big as the first two stores, but they do carry a wide selection of cotton prints. It is the place to shop for serious bargains. They also carry poly, feather and faux down pillow forms. Don’t miss their ‘backroom bargains’. There you will find a large selection of clearance and specials.
