Fall hair trends: Locks a lot like Love.

Some of us are falling in love this season and some of us are just loving fall. Either way, this season's hair trends are calling for locks that have that "just-been-loved" kind of look. Use these simple tips to achieve undone and naturally sexy hair that begs to have fingers running through it.

Loosen up. As seen on the run-way of BCBG and Calvin Klein, chignons and classic buns are being worn loose to the head for chic every day style. Bobby pins are the key to creating this classic look. Smooth hair back, gather into a pony and wrap hair around the base. Pin to secure.

Stay Longer. Lengthen your bob for a look that's low maintenance and easier to style. Even better, use extensions to create longer, tousled-do’s. Prep hair with a thermal styling product and use a curling iron to create texture and movement. Just remember to keep it playful!
Shag a bit. Thankfully, the 70s shag has transended another season. Rejoice in its glory. Blow-dry hair with fingers, focusing on the root to create lift. For Farrah Fawcett waves, style hair away from the face starting with a smaller curling iron on the bottom half of hair, breaking into 2” sections. Switch to a larger curling iron for the top. Spritz with a finishing spray. Center-part optional. Wanna bang? Go for it. Long or short, bangs are always the best compliment to the shag.
Curl up. For a look that is so Dior opt for 30s styled retro curls. Slip into some of that old Hollywood glamour, Miss Harlow. Create loose curls with deliberate direction. Just don’t forget to ask: “Must I always wear a low-cut dress to be important?”

The steps to looking fresh this season? Loosen up, stay longer, shag a bit, curl up, repeat. How could you not love fall?
