Haunted Fortress – Saturday, October 19th and Saturday, October 26th at Old Fort Niagara in Youngstown. The Fort is thought of as haunted, and the Haunted Fortress tour takes you through the Fort’s haunted history. Howl-O-Ween Hayrides –Saturdays and Sundays, October 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buffalo Zoo, 300 Parkside Ave. in Buffalo. The 17th annual event features a costume parade, treat stations, hayrides, games, apple cider and donuts. Admission is $6 for Zoo members and $9 for non-members; children under 2 are free. Halloween Happenings – Saturday, October 26th at the Aquarium of Niagara, 701 Whirlpool St. in Niagara Falls. Admission is $5 – kids dressed as their favorite seas creature receive free admission. For more information, visit www.aquariumofniagara.org.
