There are plenty of fall festivities in the Vero Beach area, but there is even more in nearby communities. Creepy Creatures
Spend the evening at the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge and Nature Center for a fun learning activity for kids. Creepy Creatures will take place on Oct. 23 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Kids ages five and older will learn about all things creepy, including spiders, bats and snakes and everything else that make Halloween so spooky.

Family Fitness Day and Boo Camp
Families can spend the day getting fit and enjoying Halloween related activities at Family Fitness Day and Boo Camp to be held in Palm Beach Gardens. Families can enjoy face painting, pumpkin decorating, enter a costume contest and participate in a pumpkin fitness challenge.
The event will be held on Oct. 24 from noon until 3 p.m. at Downtown at the Gardens All proceeds from the event will benefit the Junior League of the Palm Beaches. To purchase tickets visit LPB.org.
Halloween Party: Haunted Hammock Kids
Kids can enjoy a true Halloween Party at the River Center in Jupiter. Haunted Hammock Kids will feature Halloween games, crafts, trick-or-treating and a hay ride at the local aquarium. The event will be held on Oct. 29 from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Pumpkin Dive
Join members of the Burns Recreation Center for this year’s pumpkin dive to be held at the Aquatic Complex in Palm Beach Gardens. The event will be held on Oct. 30 beginning at 2:30 p.m. Participants will have to dive into the pool to get their pumpkin.

Boos and Brews
Enjoy this miniature food and wine festival at the Whole Foods Market in Palm Beach Gardens. This event will be held on Oct. 30 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and will feature food and wine tasting, music and Halloween costume contests.
Cost for the event will be $20 per person and all proceeds benefit Autism Speaks of South Florida. Boos and Brews will take place at the Whole Foods Market located in Downtown at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens.
