A couple days of snow in early September sent everyone scrambling for puffy coats and snow gear. The days that followed included shorts and flip flops. The days are unpredictable this time of year, but deals are to be had, if you're willing to negotiate.
Off-season rates usually apply to the non-traditional or peak season travel seasons. As long as you don't mind the lifts not running or every store in town open, then perhaps a mud season wedding is just for you. Seriously, make an offer and all they can do is say no, and then direct you to the best price available at the time. But, mud season is for deals. Let us know if you need help connecting all the dots.
Couples getting married this weekend will enjoy a bit of yellow Aspen trees and fresh snow. On Monday and Tuesday those leaves will probably drop and the hopefully the snow will come in soon after. Skiers, do your dance and cross your fingers!
