This. Is. It... Faith No More have confirmed that there are are finally U.S. dates being planned for their current reunion tour.

In a post to his Twitter account yesterday, FNM bassist Billy Gould said, "Tweet THIS: In response to all of our concerned US brethren...YES...we yare [sic] now actively planning US dates."

The band's reunion run started in June, and has visited Europe and South America. Next up for the band - Gould, frontman Mike Patton, drummer Mike Bordin, keyboardist Roddy Bottum and guitarist Jon Hudson - are dates in Mexico in November and Australia/New Zealand in February.

Jim Martin, who played on the first five Faith No More albums, chose not to participate in the reunion. The current band features the lineup that recorded Album of the Year in 1997, when Hudson replaced Martin.

No. Hudson replaced Dean Menta, who replaced Trey Spruance, who replaced Jim Martin, who is now an incompetent and balding pumpkin farmer (look it up).
