Fair Cafe' Liqueur (44 Proof) is Fair Trade Spirit's first-ever coffee spirit and a product of France. Hence, it is Fair Trade Certified (well, not because of the France part, because of the Fair Trade Spirit's part). It is also comprised of organic coffee beans. These come from the Huatusco cooperative in Mexico. There are 2,000 independent producers who are in this group. The sugar is taken from the Lower Shire Valley in Malawai. These are then sent to Cognac, France, to be made into the high quality liqueur.

The bottle is of simple, clean and elegant design. The nose is rich, sweet and full bodied. It tastes of a coffee, which has been freshly roasted. All it needs is some cream. However, it is not required, by any means.


After Eighteen
2 Ounces Cafe' Liqueur
2 Ounces White Creme de Menthe
Chocolate Milk

Pour Cafe' and white creme de menthe into an old-fashioned glass. Fill with chocolate milk. Serve.

Brown Cow from Hell
2-3 Ounces Cafe' Liqueur
1 Glass Milk
3-5 Squirts Chocolate Syrup

Mix all ingredients until no chocolate residue is left on bottom of glass. Serve chilled.

Chocolate Toasted Almond
1 Shot Cafe' Liqueur
1 Shot Amaretto Almond Liqueur
8 Ounces Milk
1 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup

Mix all together. Serve in a collins glass over ice.

Mexican Coffee
1 Cup Hot Coffee
3/4 Shot Cafe' Liqueur
3/4 Shot Tequila
Whipped Cream

Pour coffee over liqueur and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cherry.
