Failing to enjoy the challenge

After recognizing, adapting, and letting go when change reveals itself, then actualization that positive behaviors, action, and self-change lead directly to happiness, freedom and newness. As Johnson (2004) shows, it is only each person that can determine for oneself that changing personal behaviors is key to living with change. Change is very personal. Yet, by being open about the likelihood of change and living with change by positive action, can lead to fulfillment and even enjoyment in the process of dealing with change.
