Surely, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West take the cake for the year’s biggest news. The two waited until the final day of the year to announce that they are expecting their first child together.
E! News reports that the Kardashian clan has confirmed that the couple is having a baby.
Older sister Kourtney Kardashian also confirmed the news by tweeting, "Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!"
According to TMZ, Kim is 12 weeks along in her pregnancy.
Kanye West had already surprised a crowd of concert goers at his show in Atlantic City, NJ Sunday, December 30 while on stage.
The soon-to-be-dad beamed from ear to ear as he stated “can we make some noise for my baby momma real quick” while performing his song “Runaway.”

This will be the first child for both Kanye and Kim.
Although Kim is currently in a bitter divorce battle with ex Kris Humphries, we can hear the faint sound of wedding bells in Kim and Kanye’s future as soon as Kim’s divorce is finalized.
