San Francisco, CA: A letter from the city attorney’s office dated January 3 to David Gizzarelli’s attorney John Mounier, Jr. should probably never have been published and especially not before the court ruling was handed down.
Resulting from this letter published on Facebook page belonging to The Lexus Project have been insults, threats, hurt feelings, obstruction of Facebook accounts and a cyber war in which bullying has been taken to a new and frightening level.
This letter should never have been published. As the letter proposed, a sanctuary could have been suggested in which Charlie legally have been provided refuge and rehabilitation. What has ensued is a war between Facebook personalities and the director of San Francisco Animal Control posting derogatory slurs about the defendant and others.
Legal questions have been raised with the publication of this letter. What role does Facebook group The Lexus Project play in this case?

The connection between the city of San Francisco, a lawsuit, San Francisco Animal Control and these two Facebook pages are enough to make anyone’s head spin.
The American Pit Bull Examiner has tried to follow this case and is admittedly confused. Between personal slurs and attacks against 501©(3) Reunion Rescue, the search for the truth and what has happened to Charlie have reached a confused and dead end.
The letter was written before any decision was handed down. How did this letter wind up on The Lexus Project and the REAL deal Facebook pages?
By the turn of events so far, any hope for justice has been miscarried and abused with current photos of Charlie appearing regularly on the REAL deal Facebook page.
