Facebook Fitness Application: Fit-ify Health and Fitness Tracker

Facebook fans can now use their favorite website to log their exercise and set fitness goals.

Fit-ify Exercise and Health Tracker

Fit-ify is a way to log cardiovascular workouts on Facebook.

  1. Search for Fit-ify in the upper right corner of the Facebook main page.
  2. Add Application
  3. You will then be directed to enter personal information related to the workout log:
  • Height
  • Gender
  • Weight

There are tabs for different fitness and personal information:

  • Weight history – will record weight history over time, every day or as often as the user wishes
  • Exercise history – will record running, walking, swimming and cycling by distance; aerobics, yoga, pilates, spinning, mixed workout, and boxing by time spent doing the workout
  • Goals and awards – The user is given awards for different accomplishments. Ex. “Distance Cycling – Decade” award is given for cycling 10 miles. At 100 miles total another award is given.
