It only took a few hours for fans of the ABC comedy “Don’t Trust the B---- in Apartment 23” to riot over news of its current cancellation and attempt to save the show. In efforts to convince ABC to bring back “Apartment 23” to its regular time slot, a Facebook page was set up on Wednesday, Jan. 23, titled “Save Don’t Trust the B in Apt. 23.’
Earlier posts on the Facebook fan page show that fans planned to tune in to the comedy to help boost the ratings. Of course, it didn’t go very well as the show has reportedly been pulled from ABC’s schedule with statements that “there are no plans to debut the 8 unaired episodes.”
True fans of “Apartment 23” are not giving up hope though. The most recent post encourages all fans to contact ABC and demand that they move it back to the regular 9:30 p.m. Wednesday time slot.
“Putting the show after ‘Happy Endings has destroyed it,” the page writes. “Be sure to say that it is the time slot that has ruined it; the writing and the overall show is excellent! …the more emails, the more chance of ABC noticing.”
“Apartment 23” never did get more than decent ratings though, so a lot of emails will be needed – head over to ’Save Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23’ Facebook page to join.
