Face tattoo after first date: Girl gets boyfriend's name inked in 5 inch letters

A tattoo artist tattooed his name across his new girlfriend’s face after knowing her just 24 hours. The tattoo is gigantic and covers the bottom half of the girl's face. According to UPI.com on Feb. 5, 2013, the couple is engaged today, but what a chance she took after only one date with the man.

Tattoo artist Ruslan Toumaniantz’s name is the first thing you see on his fiancee’s face. Lesya, who now uses the last name of her husband-to-be. She fell head over heels in love with Ruslan when she first met him. She was so in love that she had his name inked in five inch gothic style letters across her face. The tattoo goes from ear to ear and covers her face from her eyes down to the point of her chin.

Some might say this couple moves fast because not only does she sport the name of her new boyfriend permanently for all to see, but they got engaged after dating only a week. Lesya calls the tattoo a “symbol of our eternal devotion.

Lesya will get the full-blown body ink she’s always dreamed of, according to a friend. She is also planning to learn the art of tattooing from her new soul-mate. Lesya said “I’d like him to tattoo every inch of my body.”

The face tattoo that Lesya is sporting today is far from subtle. This leaves one to wonder if she will still feel the same about covering half her face with those very large gothic letters in a year or two from now, even if she's still in love and happy with Ruslan.
