Fab is one of those artists with staying power. He can pretty much do and say what he wants. He can take time off or he could flood the streets with mixtapes and we'd STILL love Loso and want more!!! How many times have we seen an artist come out with a song, sometimes even an alright album but then they fall off, never to be heard from again. People like, Marques Houston, Sunshine Anderson, Blu Cantrell... Do you remember QB's Finest and AfroMan??? I'm' not throwing any shade but man, listen... it's difficult to get IN the industry but it's even MORE difficult to stay there.
I don't know what it is Fabolous knows that some of these other artists haven't figured out yet but he obviously has what it takes to be successful and STAY that way. Being in this game for more than a DECADE, and still selling albums and mixtapes in a day and time when everything is bootlegged... THAT is commendable!!
Now, Fab has dropped the first single "READY" featuring Chris Brown (*melts*) off of his 6th studio album "Loso's Way 2: Rise to Power" coming this year.
I think the song is hot. The beat is dope. Chris Brown sounds great. Fabolous comes in and makes me wanna get up and twerk sum (for my man of course). The entire song just makes me want MORE Fab, Loso's Way 2 can't come quick enough!!!
