Recently, Fabio Cucina Italiana hosted an intimate press preview dinner at its Midtown location. Chef Fabio made everyone feel very welcome and thanked them for coming to dine at his restaurant. Guests enjoyed white wine, red wine, and Prosecco as they waited for their culinary experience to begin. Fabio Cucina Italiana has some great starters such as Burrata, Fabio’s Antipasto, and Calamari Fritti. All of the dishes are homemade, prepared with the utmost freshness and quality ingredients.
The main courses are just as fantastic. Guests enjoyed the Penne Con Verdure E Pesto, the Filetto Di Manzo, Fettuccine Alla Fabio, and Salmone Al Forno. The combination of vegetables with both the pastas and the meats are impeccable. Each bite is just as savory as the first one.
Last but not least, dessert is a real treat at Fabio Cucina Italiana. The Tiramisu, a warm chocolate cake with ice cream called Cioccolatissimo, and the Panna Cotta Alla Ricotta are all delicious. There is a sophisticated level of artistry that is put into the creation of each dessert that leaves you with a big, memorable smile.
Fabio Cucina Italiana is a classy establishment with great homemade dishes. It’s definitely worth checking out!
