EyeLoc Head Gear was one of my favorite products from the 2014 PGA Merchandise Show and those were only the beta version.
Here is what I wrote about EyeLoc back in January following the PGA Show:
Controlling your central point of focus is key to getting that perfect golf swing. EyeLoc Head Gear is eyewear designed as a training aid to help keep a golfer's eyes focused on the ball. Adjust the vertical lines to get that sharp line and with the slightest head or eye movement, your line will come off the ball. I'm hoping this helps keep my head still. EyeLoc Head Gear is available in two sizes, medium and large. Take your pick of two colors; Yellow or Black and the choice of either Dark Gray Polaroid or Yellow lenses. A simple concept, but one that works with some high tech head gear.
Well the "market ready" version of the EyeLoc Head Gear is now for sale and there are a few improvements from what I had written previously.
"The biggest difference between the current model and what you saw at the 2014 (PGA) Expo is the dials were redesigned to be stronger," said EyeLoc President, Mark Zander.
I have a pair of the original glasses and a pair of the 2.0 version and I love them and so does everyone I show them to.
USA GOLF TEST is one of the testers that has loved EyeLoc Head Gear.
"I would rate the EyeLoc glasses in the top 10 of all the golf training aids I have tested in the years I have done testing. 2 big thumbs up!!"
Anyone who has played golf knows that the head and keeping your head still is a major component of the golf swing.
To use a personal example, in a recent golf lesson that I took from a PGA professional, he showed me what happens when you don't keep your head still. The results were eye-opening and dramatic.
EyeLoc Head Gear helps solve one simple problem that can and will improve your golf game.
