When it comes to finishing off those beautiful eyes, no matter what their color you want to make them stand out. Liquid eyeliner, pencil eyeliner, or powder liner? Which one should you choose? Is it taboo to where black eyeliner during the day? Is brown better? Black eyeliner can be great for day and night. When it is applied correctly and not like a raccoon then it really does not matter. For all those beginners out there who want that bedroom eye look but do not know how to achieve it, the best thing to do is start out with a pencil first. Apply the eyeliner as close to the lash line as you can with a skinny line then adding more depth and thickness towards the end. When the line is made, color in the end to make it look thicker. For the winged tip, you want to make sure that you are even with your bottom lash line then bring the liner up at an angle. Once you get used to the process, you can move onto liquid, it just takes practice
