Fans who cheer on individuals who lose weight will be watching the “Extreme Weight Loss” season premiere. With two individuals looking to find a happy and healthy lifestyle, the viewers are introduced to some interesting concepts in losing a drastic amount of weight. According to the Washington Post on Monday, the show reveals two people that need help with their weight. A mother of three and a baseball player who both want to lose pounds to live healthy and happy.

The first individual who the fans meet is 19-year-old athlete. Ty is a 480-pound baseball player who has struggled with his weight since he was 10. His dream is to sign a professional contract, but baseball agents and coaches have informed him that his weight stops his pursuit as he is too heavy.

Charita is a very likable mom who takes care of three sons and supports her family. She is a 32-year-old hairstylist who weighs 310 pounds. Raised in a religious family she turned to food to cope with a bad decision she made as a teenager. Working to jobs, the reality star wants to make a better life for herself and her family.

The reality stars get the chance to work on their eating habits and develop a healthy lifestyle. They also spend time at the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center. The center is known as the country’s most advanced research focusing on a comprehensive weight loss and weight loss management. Viewers should expect to see fitness, nutrition and wellness services offered to the individuals who want to lose the weight.

The idea of having a structured environment to lose weight might sound easy, but Ty and Charita are looking at persevering only if they follow the routine and keep on the course to a lighter healthier body weight. Viewers might be surprised to see how the results are finalized as focusing on weight for a year does make it tough for anyone to live outside of thinking about their physical appearance.
