Extended trailer to Guardians of the Galaxy is so good, it's criminal!

The clock is winding down for Guardians of the Galaxy. The latest film from Marvel Studios will be making a presence in the start of August, but fans and moviegoers are already are ready to get their tickets and wait in line for the blockbuster. Well if you do feel that way, then perhaps Fandango can help. The tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy are now on sale and can now be purchased on Fandango. In order to commemorate the early ticket sales, Fandango has released an extended trailer for the upcoming Marvel film.

This new preview is full of new footage on the film, including our first shot of Yondu (played by Michael Rooker); and the first time we hear words from the film's villain: Ronan The Accuser (Lee Pace). If you are worried that the trailer will spoil anything about the film, you can relax. While there is plenty of new footage in this preview, there is nothing that is too revealing. The new video plays out like previous trailer as Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) rallies the rest of the Guardians throughout the trailer. So with this reoccurring theme, you might be wondering why this trailer is consider extended?

If you stick around after the film's logo, you will notice that there is a full clip to round out the preview. The footage features the Guardians in discussion as Rocket (voiced by Bradley Cooper) antagonizes Peter over his plan. For anyone looking forward to film, the scene is a nice tease of what can expect to see in this sci-fi Marvel film. Aside from the full clip, the trailer is full with action pack moments, humor and a show stealing Raccoon; and it is just another reason to be excited for Guardians of the Galaxy.

The sci-fi film centers on a band of outlaws becoming an intergalactic peacekeeping force. Led by Peter Quill, the appointed "Guardians of the Galaxy" must evade Ronan the Accuser and prevent a mysterious orb from falling into the wrong hands.The film stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, Benicio Del Toro, Michael Rooker, Gregg Henry, John C.Reilly and Glenn Close.
