An extension to Earthrise's development roadmap has been announced by Masthead Studios today, looking forward to the next two months of updates for the sandbox MMORPG.
Major new features will include resurrection mechanics, guild diplomacy, shared party experience (battle points, contribution, and karma), quest indicators on the minimap, and paint for vehicles and items. Other improvements will also be applied to the chat window user interface, the addition of a friends and ignore list, improved graphics and enemy artificial intelligence, and tweaks to improve client and server performance.
Masthead Studios announced its first roadmap for Earthrise before the game's launch in February, and has remained on track for releasing each new promised feature, including a major update in mid-March adding exploration rewards.
