Each droplet resting on a rose is a universe. This universe is comprised with all the elements of life with water becoming the dominant substance and container for all things of matter. When we consider that our bodies are designed to be 60—70% water we could visualize ourselves a consistent waterfall. We are in need of flushing our system with more water to purify its contents and not get damned up with toxins. This is why we must drink at least 8 glasses of water to stay healthy and replenish our fluids or we can feel exhausted or drained. Sayings like, “I feel tapped out” can be referenced back to how we have malnourished our water supply in the body which then translates to how we interact in our daily lives with health and relationships.
What can be trapped in our water molecules are emotions, memories and potentiality for reactions based on our defensive or offensive patterns of relating. Here a frequency is broadcast like sonar through the body with water molecules reacting to the internal stimuli. The stimuli is surfaced by the pain or recognition of an emotion that feels dormant yet is re-opened by something that was familiar, maybe sounds or looks like a situation we have experienced. An example of this would be a time frame has come, an anniversary of an event, where the logical mind finds a reference to the happening and then our feelings charge the water in our body to remember the emotion we experienced. This could relate to us saying, “I remember how that felt” and us losing ourselves in the present moment to one that has already passed; we experience these soluble sensations by the explosion and release, like a popping bubble, from what the trigger provided. Our emotions are cataloged in the body and filed as data that is imprinted into cellular memory.
We experience our exterior life based on the water quality of our interior ocean.
Dr. Emoto is a Japanese author and prime educator on how water takes on different formations, attractive to distorted, based on the purity of our thoughts and the vibrations we send it. The frequency of creation is transmitted by the energetic power we generate from our intentions. Two different findings support the theory here we are considering with our water bodies being a container for emotions and how this translates into our experience. When he began considering that our intentions hold a certain vibration, he then used positive thoughts and language to alter the movement and formations of the water. By using words or prayers that were energized by love and gratitude, ice crystals formed that were intricate and beautiful. The opposite appeared when the intention was of something disturbing or one that would cause harm. Negative thoughts had a less and denser frequency than positive light loving thoughts. We continue to experience what we feel is happening with all of our senses. If we do not like what we are seeing, we are to change the way we view things. When we do not like what we are feeling we then move to another thought which brings about a better feeling through the vibration it sends back to us.
Go with the flow.
If thoughts are the foundation to the movement and quality of frequency then the saying “thoughts are things” has become a new golden rule to follow. Changing our language about how we view ourselves and our lives starts by reviewing our vocabulary and internal dialogue. There has been a new age craze about how we should be saying positive affirmations daily. When we consider how we are affected by every word we think and say, this makes sense. We are to affirm what it is we want to see and appear into our lives by tweaking our beliefs in ourselves about being confident, successful or even lovable. Affirmations of positive intent present us with opportunities, through repetition, to change the vibrations of our intentions by reprogramming our cellular memory; recomposing our stored matter so when released its composition is one of positive nature. The opposite could also be in effect here as we get into the doldrums’ of life or a challenge has occurred we can get doubtful, discouraged or depressed by the intentions we send through our waterways. Regaining a clear channel from turbulent waters is essential to the external balance of our lives.
Walk it out.
We can feel overwhelmed at times by emotions. Many times we are told that when we are angry to remove ourselves from the situation and take a walk. Of course this action has many moving parts as we learn to pause and not react as quickly to situations, but here we are also creating movement in our interior water body, helping us shake up what is stored inside. Exercise is an optimal way to release old emotional blockages. Have you noticed that when we go for long walks, especially in nature, we find our mind in reflection and positive and negative remembrances appear? Physical activity encourages the upwelling of cellular goo, unneeded matter, to come to the surface. These memories or feelings create flashes of images or surges of sensory particles to help us push the matter even more to the edge of release. As we perspire we are releasing tiny water molecules, and with intention, these droplets can be the releases of discomfort and dis-ease we are having in our lives and bodies. We are letting go of what has been "the matter," creating an opening to discharge the sludge that has had us backed up and stagnant.
Recharge
As we look at each other we see differences in skin, hair and individual features. If we explored deeper, we would come to discover we are all internally made up of the same matter - floating bodies of water. Water is a highly charged element; we are emotionally charged beings. We all have a baseline that creates a homeostasis environment within our interiors. Our emotions, memories and language are variables that can affect our equilibrium by recharging or deadening the waters makeup with the vibration and quality they emit. We begin to realize, from Dr. Emoto’s experiment, that we are the captain of our ship we sail and how we steer, dock or become lost has to do with every thought we orchestrate and how much wind we send it off sailing with. The intention then becomes the vibratory breeze or gale force that causes us change in our lives or drifts us off course. We are the cartographers. Stop positioning dams and dead end passages by reprogramming the negative responses that cause over-reactions and become the gentle but powerful waterfall of beauty and grace; releasing and recycling with pure waters of intent. By allowing ourselves the space to find a flow with our emotions, bring movement to expel unwanted matter and create a positive dialogue, we will live with more joy and purpose through all the ebbs and flows of life.
Love is the heart of all matter; generating loving thoughts creates loving matter. You choose.
