Explore the world of chocolate in an unexpected place in Houston (Video)

The last place you would think to visit for a chocolate tasting and cooking demonstration would be the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, but that is where tomorrow's class called "The Art of Chocolate" is being held.

This class will be a great way to get ideas for serving chocolate for Valentine's Day in a week. Be sure to check out the other events at the Arboretum, including the "Eat It Raw" class on March 24.

During the event, Chef Dan Budd of Red Hook, New York-based, Taste Budds Chocolate Desserts will be demonstrating a chocolate recipe attendees can make at home. A chocolate and wine pairing will also be held so you can learn more about the subtle differences between chocolate varieties.
