For those who want to know more about Chinese culture, it could be as easy as a touch on your smartphone. Sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, The China Digital Culture Group developed a reading app named “Experiencing China”. It is available for free download to all mobile end-users globally.
“Experiencing China” is available in both iPhone and iPad versions. Currently 8 ebooks about China are available from that “electronic bookshelf” (Each book is available in 7 languages including Chinese, English, French, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish). They books are “Traditional Chinese Medicine”, “Food and Chinese Culture”, “Chinese Musical Instruments”, “Traditional Chinese architecture”, “Chinese Kunqu Opera”, “Chinese Acrobatics”, “Chinese Culture”, and “Introduction to Chinese Opera”. The books are easy to understand, serving as a multi-angle introduction to the Chinese culture.
