Carrabba’s Italian Grill offers a complete balance of exquisite food, hospitable service, and a warming atmosphere featuring a live exhibition kitchen style dining room suitable for any occasion from casual family dinning to formal celebrations. Patrons are pampered by the server’s thoughtfulness to the smallest details. They also offer pizza dough to their “bambini” (younger guests) for their entertainment (and yours).

You will love the variety of goodies to choose from. For starters, try the Antipasti Platter, (Calamari, Bruschette of the Day and Mozzarella Marinara). The Calamari, carefully selected at three to five inches and the perfect cooking time, ensures the optimal texture and flavor. The Mozzarella is hand made fresh each day using fresh sliced whole milk Mozzarella and “Mama Mandola's” homemade bread crumbs. The Bruschette is nothing less than amazing boasting all fresh ingredients.
Let’s move on to the main course. Choose the Chicken Marsala that features: mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Lombardo Marsala wine sauce paired with perhaps a serving of delicately steamed broccoli and you will not be disappointed! If you are in the mood for a little bit of pasta, you must sink your fork into the Chicken & Spinach Cannelloni stuffed with tender chicken, spinach, garlic, fresh herbs, Fontina and Romano cheese, topped with Pomodoro and cream sauce.
If you still have room, Dessert Rosa will tempt you beyond your limits of control with its delicious butter cake topped with pastry cream, bananas, strawberries, pineapple and whipped cream.
Buon appetito!

Carrabba's definitely packs a delicious Italian punch and is my recommendation over Olive Garden any day of the week.
Wow.. Fabulous!! Yum I thought I was reading from one of those posh magazines... Def subscribing to this :)
Awesome job!!!
Five stars to a restaurant that gets most of their food frozen off the back of the truck?
Carraba's is okay, but there is some really good Italian in town that is made from scratch, like Altruda's or Savelli's.
Got something to say?
