"EDGE Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver in Colorado does not disappoint. The bar and restaurant is serving up creative "Haute" Chocolates that are different than the ones you drank as a kid. Here are some of our favorites that have been upgraded for adults with specialty liquor to turn up the flavor a few notches. The drinks are $10 each.
- Naughty or Nice- Stoli Salted Karamel, Bailey’s and Caramel
- The Sleigh Ride- Hazelnut, Disaronno and Jack Daniel’s
- The Snow bird- Lavender Milk, Stoli Chocolate, and Frangelico
Kids included! Two traditional options are available: The Frostbite with vanilla beans and raspberry sauce and the Gingerbread Man with gingersnap crumbles. ($6 each)
Not a fan of hot chocolate? We hear the signature EDGE Chocotini is a favorite of many. How could it not be with 360 Double Chocolate and Godiva liqueur?
You can also find spectacular dessert options that go beyond typical finds. First, you’ve gotta hit the S’MORE BAR. Start with a graham crust, add in a dark chocolate truffle filling and top it off with cinnamon ice cream. Hello delicious!
If the S’MORE Bar isn't rattling your taste buds, how about a coconut éclair? Coconut cream with a Kiwi-Orange sauce makes this éclair a culinary delight. You may not want to stop there. Try the warm sticky toffee pudding made with Stranahan’s Whiskey ice cream and organic turbinando. Lastly, if pumpkin spice is still calling, you can enjoy the Crodough with a caramel glaze. Dessert prices range between $8 and $12 dollars.
