A Daily Word from the Word for Tuesday, December 17, 2013
“Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.” – Job 8:7
The Lord gave me a dream in the very early hours on this past Monday. In this dream, I was handing God a ticket with the number ‘21’ written on it. When I have dreams and visions, sometimes they are for me personally, or someone else specifically; and yet at other times these revelations are for my church family or for the larger body of believers, or even a nation.
This particular dream is meant for both many of the believers within my church family, and many of God’s sons and daughters throughout, not only this nation, but the world. The Lord instructed me to release this dream to you.
The number 21 represents “the fullness or the completion of spiritual perfection; expecting God, serving God,” and a “ticket” symbolizes “ministry or calling, Salvation, entry authority, entry to the Promises of God (the Kingdom); the Holy Spirit; something you have bought into; opening yourself up to something” (© 2011, Thompson and Beale, The Divinity Code).
Some of you have grown weary, and you have allowed your faith to diminish; and the Lord is encouraging you today, telling you today to keep standing! To continue to fight the good fight of faith! 2 Peter 3:9 brings forth the fresh Wind of God’s Holy Spirit, as it testifies that “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise.” Others of you, my brothers and sisters, need to ask God for a fresh Wind. Ask The Father to breathe on you with His Holy Spirit.
Yet for some, God is going to take you to a new level in your new season, a greater level of understanding and intimacy with Him in which you will experience the Holiness of God in a new dimension.
Some will birth the ministry that they have been carrying, and others will see their ministries grow into new areas: for some physically, and for others, this is a spiritual growth. I see revival coming across this world like such we have not seen since the days of Pentecost! God’s glory will manifest across this globe in greater and more astounding measure because of the faithfulness, steadfastness, and prayers of the righteous! The expectancy that many have expected will most certainly come to pass in this new season!
“All is not lost!” declares the Lord, “Miracles, signs, and wonders will begin to flow more abundantly and apparently through My people. I, the Lord God Almighty, have chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and I have chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised I have chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in My presence. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Be of good cheer, my children. Be of good cheer!” (1 Corinthians 1:27-29, Isaiah 43:19, John 16:33).
Today, your number is up, my brothers and sisters! The expectancy that you have bought into, The Lord will honor, and cause those things in you and in your life to manifest in the fullness thereof, and to bring forth every blessing attached to every good thing with no sorrow added. And that, my family, is a winning ticket!
Father, thank You for sustaining us in our expectancy. Breathe on us, Most Holy Spirit. Breathe a fresh breath upon Your people of today, that we are Your end-time people, Your refreshed and revived sons and daughters, used by You to spark a great revival across this world as such that hasn’t been experienced since Pentecost! And thank You, Most Longsuffering Lord, for your Glory made manifest in a new and more astounding way. Thank You for miracles, signs, and wonders, made manifest through us, for such a time as this. Ready us, Most Equipping Father! Steady us, Most Stable King! In Jesus Name, we thank You that we carry Your glory, and release Your Presence wherever we go. Amen and Amen.
Take action! Challenge your thinking! Choose to maintain your expectancy in the Lord and His Promises concerning you and your life. Continue to stand on the Promises of God, which are always ‘Yes’ and ‘Amen.’ Determine to see the manifestation of your expectancy in this next season, refusing to give in to weariness, doubt, and unbelief. And continue to fight the good fight of walking in your expected end; for God, your Latter Rain, has already given you the victory!
If you have never received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, I encourage you to do it today, right now, by saying this prayer out loud: “Jesus, forgive me for my sins. I am sorry. I truly desire to be saved and reconciled back to God, my Father, through You. I receive Your sinless Blood as payment in full for my sins—past, present, and future. I now call You my Lord and Savior, and invite You to live within my heart, and to permanently live within me. I make You Lord over me and over my life from this moment on. Amen.” Congratulations! You are now a child of God, made whole and made new, by the Blood of Jesus Christ!
