On Thursday, EXIT Success Realty (Warner Robins, GA) was chosen as Franchise of the Year, at the EXIT Realty GA state convention in Smyrna.
The local company led all EXIT franchises in the state for closed transactions and sales volume. This was the second year in a row the Warner Robins real estate office took home the top prize.
EXIT Success Realty also had a great showing in the individual awards as well.
Blair Myers was honored as the #1 agent in the entire state for sales and gross commission.
Kim Stone was named Rookie of the Year for 2010.
Ethan Hutten earned the prestigious "Shining Star Award."
