No one knows why Pepe is so tired, but at the time of this photograph on August 19, the neglected, underweight dog was fast asleep. Suffering from sores on his legs and hips and an ear infection, this eight year old boy needs to be rescued, cleaned up and properly vetted.

Pepe has already been neutered; chances are he had a family who just didn't care about him anymore. He will be available for adoption on August 28. At this time, he can be seen at C Receiving.
