Exercises to Lose Belly Fat (Video)

Losing belly weight requires individuals to regularly engage in aerobic activity, perform strength training exercises and stomach exercises. As a result of this combination, a person will be able to lose stubborn belly fat, and have a lower risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cholesterol and depression.

Start a regular exercise routine if you are currently sedentary. Do aerobic exercises a few times a week. Choose an activity such as the treadmill, elliptical, swimming or jogging in the park or around the neighborhood. Group exercise classes can also be fun and motivating. There are several to choose such as Zumba, spinning, kickboxing or Body Pump. Aim to strength train two to three times a week as well. Incorporate crunches, palates, or callanetics into your routine about three times a week to lose belly weight.
