Use your daily chore list to slim down

Most busy 9-5 workers have a hard time squeezing in the exercise routine.  Take a look at your to do list.  When cleaning, painting, bending or lifting are on your list check off your workout.  Based on the time used when you do house work for one hour you can sweat off some body fluids.  Take more steps to add time to your chores.  You can take the work out off the list with your chores.
