Are you tired of being overweight? If the answer is yes, ride a bike and burn calories.

Bike riding can be very rewarding! Enjoy riding a bicycle outdoors or a stationary bike indoors. Here are benefits of bike riding: burn calories, have more energy, feel great, lose weight, and remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) range.

If you do not own a bicycle, consult with a bike expert before purchasing a bicycle. The bike expert will help you purchase the right bicycle according to your height and sex.
