A new study from the British Medical Journal shows that exercise is as good or better than the most popular medications for treating health problems such as type 2 diabetes, heart attacks and strokes. 23% of American adults are on the top medications for these problems, but only 20% of American adults are meeting the recommended exercise guidelines.
It is recommended to add enjoyment to your workouts and exercise to link more of a reward to exercising to make it a more consistent habit and part of your lifestyle. See the video about the report.
