Daily exercise is important for everyone! People who exercise daily, tend to be healthier than people who have a sedentary lifestyle. Here are benefits of daily exercise: remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) range, lose weight, lower cholesterol and LDL levels, feel younger, decrease changes of developing Type 2 Diabetes, lower blood pressure, and release endorphins.
