Daily exercise is important for everyone! People who exercise daily, tend to be healthier than people who have a sedentary lifestyle. Here are benefits of daily exercise: remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) range, lose weight, lower cholesterol and LDL levels, feel younger, decrease changes of developing Type 2 Diabetes, lower blood pressure, and release endorphins.

According to Ralee Eck, Registered Nurse and runner, "running provides so many physical benefits because it's the most efficient and one of the most intense forms of exercise that you can do " watch the entire KSL TV Utah Runs Video "Health and Mental Health Benefits of Running"

If you are not motivated to exercise on your own, contact a personal trainer in your area. A personal trainer will help you reach your desired weight goal or BMI range.

Don’t wait another day, improve your quality of life. Get a physical from your doctor or health care provider before starting an exercise regimen. Exercise + Healthy Eating = Weight Loss.

Enjoy running daily!
