David Kirsch the fitness expert, says to get your day started just like when you brush your teeth. Wash your face, brush your teeth and get started early. If you wait later you may not do the workout at all. If you are on trips get the 45 minute workout done early and get on with your day. You then will have a better start. Some of us who work out get anxious when the work out is delayed.

You can use your hotel room by bring a workout CD or aerobic CD. When you are used to running, just use the treadmill. You do not have to have a gym. You can use a chair and do arm push ups. Do some repeated stretches and then go for a long walk in the city. Some hotels have stairways. Go up the stairway from top to bottom.

Some gyms offer memberships with travel options. The hotel may have a gym which may be small enough to accommodate a few guest at a time.

Squats
